The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) gives members of the public a general right of access to recorded information held by public authorities, including Invest Northern Ireland (subject to certain exemptions). It also requires public authorities to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme.

Most of the information we make available can be accessed through our website by using the search facility. If you cannot find information through the search engine or the Publications section, and we have indicated in the Definition document that the information is routinely available, this may be because the information cannot be loaded onto our website. In such circumstances please contact Invest NI via firstname.lastname@example.org to request the information directly.
