Mentoring Support and Networking

Our Mentoring Support and Networking initiatives are designed to help your business overcome problems or barriers to growth.

The programmes emphasise calling in the experts, and will allow you to access to a range of mentors, advisors, consultants, counsellors and support networks.

All of the initiatives are open to Invest NI clients that have carried out a Business Health Check, although this is not necessary for attending the best practice clubs. Find out how to become an Invest NI client.

Best Practice Clubs

Best Practice Clubs disseminate up-to-date information on the ‘hot topics’ affecting businesses today. They also provide networking opportunities with other businesses and Invest NI representatives. Download the Best Practice Clubs brochure (PDF)

Interim Manager

The Interim Manager programme lets you hire an experienced manager on a short-term contract to tackle a business issue or problem.

Northstar

The Northstar programme offers businesses low-cost access to a panel of mentors, who all have substantial business and mentoring experience. The service can address operational or strategic issues, or the needs of high impact projects, individuals or businesses.
