Client support
We adopt a team approach to supporting clients to ensure that they benefit
from the full range of expertise available.
Client Executives
Every
client business is assigned a Client Executive, who is a client’s first point of contact. Through them
businesses can access our full range of advice, assistance and support.
The main role of the Client Executive is to:
- identify the specific support that each client needs to overcome
challenges and help their business achieve its full potential, and
- ensure that the advice and support offered is tailored to the specific needs
of the client’s business.
Business
Health Check
Normally the support process begins with a Business
Health Check that will:
- highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a client’s business
- identify areas for improvements in a client’s business
- result in a comprehensive action plan to support growth, increase profitability
and add value to a client’s business.
The action plan
will indicate the type of support that a company needs. The Client Executive will draw on the expertise
of specialist advisors from across Invest NI to deliver this support. To be eligible for some forms
of support, a business will need to submit a business plan which meets a set of strict criteria.
