Draft corporate plan 2008-2011

The Northern Ireland Executive has recently agreed its Programme for Government, associated budget and Investment Strategy, in which the economy has been identified as the number one priority of Government policy.

This document, along with the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment’s (DETI's) Corporate Plan (2008-2011), provides the strategic framework for Invest Northern Ireland’s third Corporate Plan. In developing this plan , we have held extensive consultations with our clients, staff and a wide range of stakeholders, to whom we are indebted.

Our aim in this draft Corporate Plan is to increase business productivity, the means by which wealth can be created for the benefit of the whole community, and to set out our plans for delivering our contribution to the Programme for Government, covering the period 2008 to 2011.
