Our Business Improvement Agent programme is designed to help businesses initiate and manage a rolling programme of continuous improvement.

A business improvement agent is a dedicated in-company resource whose role is to promote and plan the ethos of continuous improvement for the business.

Advisors on hand

The programme’s team of Advisors will help you appoint the business improvement agent, and be on hand with advice and guidance as the continuous improvement activities evolve. The programme includes specialist advice, training and networking sessions, as well as financial assistance.

The Business Improvement Agent programme is primarily aimed at medium-sized businesses (50 to 250 employees) needing a dedicated resource to help them compete in global markets or improve people and processes performances.

The improvements should result in a minimum return on investment of 3:1.
