Edward Pushman is Search Media Strategist for Microsoft UK.

Having joined Microsoft in March 2006, Edward's role is to promote the value of search to the UK market and agencies, while engaging clients and optimising their accounts. In the long term, Edward's role is to encourage holistic online advertising campaigns in which search and display advertising are used in tandem to maximise online marketing ROI.

Edward was previously an Account Manager at Yahoo! Overture for 3 years. Managing over 120 accounts during his time there, he worked to develop and grow the accounts he oversaw to maximise his clients' potential.

John McElligott, eBay
John is responsible for building a vibrant eBay community in Ireland. He was previously Head of Customer Development. In that role, he focussed on helping sellers to grow their eBay-based business, helping make eBay.ie an attractive marketplace for new business, and conducting educational events.

Like most eBay employees, John is also an active eBay Community member, primarily buying and selling vintage car accessories. He also uses eBay to find the latest electronic gadgets.

Prior to joining eBay, John was a Senior Manager at global management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton in London, focusing on strategy for financial services and retail companies. He has also worked as a Business Analyst for banking group, UBS Ltd.

John holds a B Eng from UCC, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Caragh McKenna, Head of Search Marketing, ICAN

Caragh McKenna has over seven years experience in Search Marketing working on both Paid Search and Search Engine Optimsation campaigns. She has conceived and implemented campaigns for several major Irish, UK and multi-national companies including BT, Diageo and VHI.

Fergal joined the IIA in November 2005. He is an internet industry entrepreneur and founded Interactive Return (formerly webBusters) back in 1998.
