Customer satisfaction survey results

We surveyed over 230 business customers in quarter one of this year, April to June 2016, who had received support, advice or guidance from us.

Customer surveying activity is used to continue to improve service across the business and this quarter’s overall satisfaction remained high.

Quarter one satisfaction figures

  • Account Managed Customers - 92%
  • Regional Office Customers - 87%
  • Wider Business Base - 88%
