Our purpose

Our mission is to deliver expertise and resources to accelerate the creation and growth of businesses that are entrepreneurial, innovative and international.

Our priority is to provide a range of high-quality services to:

• help create new businesses, particularly those capable of growing in export markets
• support and develop existing businesses to compete in overseas markets
• encourage companies to increase investment in all aspects of innovation, including research and development (R&D)
• attract new investment into Northern Ireland
• create more positive attitudes to entrepreneurship

To achieve our objectives we work with many other organisations at a local, national and international level. These include councils, universities, the wider education sector, government departments and agencies, business organisations and international networks.
