Our E-solutions Centre provides practical, independent advice and support that helps businesses adopt and apply new technologies. Our state-of-the-art centre provides hands-on demonstrations of the information and communication technologies that are relevant to businesses, including IP telephony, e-security systems, video-conferencing, broadband technologies, portable computing and wireless communications.

Embracing IT

The centre helps businesses identify and quantify the benefits of embracing information communication technology (ICT) by focusing on business needs and corporate priorities. After an initial meeting with your business to ascertain needs and requirements, expert advisors explore a range of technologies and solutions. The service can help you:

  • improve business efficiencies
  • reduce costs
  • improve profit margins
  • identify the key ICT processes that address business objectives
  • quantify the achievable benefits of ICT
