E-process Scheme

Our E-process Scheme is designed to help businesses identify the benefits they will reap by embracing technology, and then to take the plunge with an information and communication technology (ICT) solution.

Our Advisors can help participants identify the key ICT processes that address the business objective, and prepare an implementation plan to move forward with.

Expert consultancy support

The scheme involves a short diagnosis and analysis workshop, and if required, a follow-up e-process project that will implement the ICT solution. The project element of the scheme involves expert consultancy support, on-site ICT advice and financial assistance.

Businesses can use the service for more than one project, subject to approval.

Who is eligible?

This E-process Scheme is available to all Invest NI clients. We recommend that businesses first participate in our Business Health Check. The scheme may also be open to other SMEs considered suitable. Find out how to become an Invest NI client.
