Process Solutions

Our Process Solutions approach enables companies to improve profits through sustainable process improvement. Our focus is to ensure the process changes help the company to achieve their strategic objectives in the long-term and as well as giving them operational competitive advantage.

Areas of Focus

We work with companies to address business issues such as:

• high levels of waste and / or scrap
• inability to meet customer orders
• supplier delivery problems
• redundant stock
• high levels of downtime

We will determine the root cause to be addressed ensuring the correct focus is applied. These areas could include:

• waste elimination
• elimination of process defects
• overall Equipment Effectiveness and planned preventative maintenance
• quality management
• management of materials flow and supplier relationships

We work with management and employees to embed the solution and techniques into “business as usual”.
