Our Solex Scheme offers financial assistance to businesses that want to exhibit independently for the first time at an approved trade show outside Northern Ireland.

While Invest NI organises group stands at a range of trade shows, we recognise through our Solex Scheme that there are other exhibitions you may consider important to achieving your business objectives.

The scheme offers financial assistance towards the cost of stand space, design and build to attend exhibitions in worldwide markets, including Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.

Who is eligible?

Northern Ireland businesses that:

• meet the EU definition of a small and medium sized enterprise
• have not applied and will not apply, or have received any other assistance from public funds towards participation at the exhibition
• can demonstrate that there is an export strategy in place and that exhibiting independently at the exhibition will be an effective tool towards the achievement of that strategy
