SIAL alternates with Anuga as the ‘global food marketplace’ and is an excellent opportunity to conduct research, meet distributors and review competitors worldwide. 140,400 industry professionals visited over 5,000 exhibitors at SIAL in 2006 with one Northern Ireland company commenting that ‘this exhibition always exceeds our expectations and provokes thought on NPD for months ahead.’
