The Start a Business programme (SABP) is open to anyone interested in starting a business in Northern Ireland.

Whether you are ready to start your business, or you are just thinking about it, whether you intend to work full-time or part-time in the business, the SABP will help you take your idea forward.

There are just two criteria you must meet to join the programme:

  • you must be prepared to take an active role in the business
  • your proposed business must be new and not illegal or immoral

How much does it cost?

It’s free. You will be able to access the very best business advice, training and support available, at no cost to you whatsoever. The only thing you will be asked to give will be your full commitment to the programme.

Provided you have not already started trading you can join the Start a Business programme.
