Advantage NI Business Boot Camp Programme

Advantage NI’s Business Boot Camp Programme is an innovative initiative that combines real insight into the world of an entrepreneur with an innovative training programme that includes a unique international training element.

The programme provides the opportunity to:

• Experience first hand from young entrepreneurs who, like you, had the ambition to turn their idea into a successful business.

• Achieve recognition for your learning through a certificate in entrepreneurship.

• Learn from professional business mentors.

• Go on an international residential.

• Apply to the Advantage Investment Fund.

The race to the first stage of Advantage NI’s innovative Business Boot Camp programme is now over.  After fierce competition from over 120 applicants across Northern Ireland, 36 young would-be entrepreneurs have now been selected for a much coveted place on the programme. Funded by Invest Northern Ireland, and endorsed by ILM, Business Boot Camp is geared to 18-30 year olds who are considering starting their own business. The 36 met recently in Belfast to officially kick start the programme.   These 36 business brains will then be whittled down to a final 12, who will enjoy a 7 day residential to Canada, valued at £4500. Hosted by the World Trade Centre, participants will shadow an experienced entrepreneur from a thriving Canadian business.
