Dungannon company PM Fireplaces has cut its overheads by 25 per cent and opened up new business opportunities in Great Britain, thanks to support from Invest Northern Ireland.
PM Fireplaces supplies a range of high quality fire surrounds and bespoke architectural products made from premium materials including marble, slate and granite.
The company invested heavily in IT infrastructure, marketing and staff skills development. The operational improvements including more streamlined and efficient processes generated significant savings. This combined with a more interactive and sales-focused website to be launched next month, will help the company to effectively target the wholesale fireplace market in Great Britain.
