Invest Northern Ireland Congratulated on Top Marks for Customer Service

Enterprise, Trade, Investment Minister, Jonathan Bell has congratulated Invest Northern Ireland on being awarded the highest Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard accreditation for any organisation in Northern Ireland.

CSE, a Cabinet Office accredited scheme to drive customer-focused change within organisations, awarded Invest Northern Ireland compliance against all 57 elements of the Standard, and a Compliance Plus rating for 16 elements.

Jonathan Bell said: “Not only has Invest Northern Ireland achieved CSE standard again this year, but it has received 16 Compliance Plus ratings making it the highest ranking CSE accredited organisation in Northern Ireland.

“This result is a reflection of the time, effort and commitment that has been put into providing excellent customer service. The assessor praised the entire Invest NI team and commented on the scale of the commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

“To be awarded the highest ranking of any organisation in Northern Ireland is a significant achievement. I would like to extend my congratulations to the whole team at Invest NI as they continue to support businesses in Northern Ireland.”

Paul Hindley, CSE Assessor for G4S said: “For an organisation to achieve this level of compliance only two years after it was first accredited is a significant achievement.

“This high level of performance has been reflected in the number of Compliance Plus elements that have now been awarded, the most ever given by this assessor to any organisation.”
