Booking workshops by post

  1. Browse details of workshops
  2. Download and complete the booking form.
  3. Remember to include contact and business details and indicate which workshops you want to attend.
  4. Send the booking form with payment to the address on the form.
  5. Once the booking is processed you will receive email confirmation.

Booking workshops online
Are you a new online customer?

  1. Register your contact and business details. You will be emailed a password to access your account.
  2. Select, book and pay for workshops using the browse workshop buttons. Alternatively you can begin using the browse workshop buttons to select your choice of workshops and then proceed through the registration process to make payment. See below for details about payment.

Are you a returning online customer?

  1. Browse the Core Export Knowledge and Essential Export Skills workshops.
  2. Add to basket those workshops that you would like to book. Note the number of available places.
  3. Review details of workshops in your basket. You can browse workshops and add to basket, remove workshops and update the number of delegate places requested.
  4. Go to checkout. You will be prompted for your email address and password which was supplied when you registered and created your account.  
  5. Enter your login and password. If you wish check/update your registered account details or change your password you may do so now.
  6. Check the details in your basket - you can still browse workshops and add to basket, remove workshops and update the number of delegate places requested. Select continue.
  7. Enter the delegate name. This is the name of the person who will attend the workshop which may be different from the person administering the booking.
  8. Read conditions of booking. If you agree, check I agree.
  9. Ready to commit? Press pay online to enter the secure payment area.
  10. Select payment method.
  11. Enter the credit card number without any spaces and the expiry date. Enter the name that appears on the credit card. Check cardholder contact details.
  12. Check make payment for workshop(s) to proceed.
  13. You will receive 2 emails confirming your transactions.  Worldpay (shopperuk@worldpay.com) will confirm the transaction details. Invest NI, Trade Team (exportworkshops@investni.com) will confirm the details of the workshops you have booked

What if a workshop has no places left?
Send an email to register your interest. You will be placed on a waiting list to be informed if places become available or to receive details of when the next workshop is scheduled. Register your interest for Export workshops.
