Who exhibited

Crust and Crumb prides itself in being one of Ireland's leading manufacturers of fresh pizza and pizza bases for the retail and food service sectors. The company offers a full range of stone baked and deep pan bases in sizes from 7” to 18” and both sauced and un-sauced. Crust and Crumb has its own NPD team for development of fresh pizza and stuffing products in private label.

Glens of Antrim Potatoes, based at Cushendall in County Antrim, sources potatoes from around 30 growers and supplies products to many of the leading retail chains including Marks and Spencer, Asda and Sainsbury's. The company has invested heavily in its growing and processing operation to ensure high quality products and complete traceability throughout the supply chain. The company works closely with its customers in developing the potato category through serving more discerning customer tastes.

Just Live a Little is an innovative granola company, manufacturing granola cereal products and snack bars. The range includes 6 granolas including a gluten free (triple nut) granola and a no added refined sugar, 3 portion pots and 2 bars available both singly and in a multipack format. The best seller on the home market is the whole almond granola. The shelf life is 1 year for the granolas, 10 months for the bars.

Niche Drinks is building the first Irish Whiskey Distillery in the city of Derry since 1925. They sell the Quiet Man brand as both a superior blend and an 8 year old Malt. The brand is named after the Managing Director's father, 'the quiet man'.


Award winning Pop Notch popcorn brings bigger kernels, better flavours and perfect texture to the artisan food scene. They are dedicated to creating great tasting popcorn that does not compromise on quality. Each flavour and every bag is meticulously crafted and produced in the quaint village of Draperstown, Northern Ireland. They are passionate about popcorn; they are Pop Notch.

Belfast Boutique Loose Leaf Tea Blender, Suki Tea, was first set up in 2005 by Annie and Oscar at St Georges Market in Belfast, and has become a strong contender in the UK’s Loose Leaf tea market. We ethically source and blend our loose leaf teas, herbal infusions and fruit blends from all over the world.

Award winning microbrewery in Northern Ireland since 1996. Largest Northern Irish microbrewery with 11 products in the Ale, Lager & Stout categories. Products are available in 500ml glass format and in 30L draught one way keg system for export markets. The company employs seven people and are currently relocating to 1500m2 purpose built facility.
