MJM Renewables, owned by the McConville family, purchased the former Shackleton Barracks in Ballykelly, Limavady, N.I. in 2016. The 620+ acre site is currently undergoing a master planning exercise with the model to include a hyperscale datacentre.
The community consultation has been completed and the project has been submitted for outline planning permission. The Data centre is currently being considered by Causeway Coast and Glens Council.
