Local businesses seek to boost their bottom line:

Over 70 local businesses from across Northern Ireland to attend Invest NI’s productivity workshop.  These companies learned how making small improvements to business operations can help to reduce waste and boost their bottom line. Shorter lead times, improved production flow and staff morale are just some of the benefits that a culture of continuous improvement can add to businesses.
