Researchers seeking support to take their ideas and inventions from the lab to the global market can access vital support from Invest Northern Ireland.

The agency’s Proof of Concept programme offers funding to help with early stage or pre-commercialisation activities for new products, ideas or concepts which have originality, protectable Intellectual Property (IP) and the potential for significant economic impact.

The initiative, which is which is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund, is open to local universities and research organisations.
