We have received our third quarterly customer survey report
Between October and December Invest NI interviewed over 350 businesses who received advice or guidance from us. In this survey we asked a variety of questions on the service customers had received from us including overall satisfaction.
Our mean customer satisfaction score for the quarter was 89%.
Other highlights included:
- 82% of customers agreed that Invest NI was helping to develop their business
- 83% of customers agreed that Invest NI delivered value to their business
- 93% of customers agreed that Invest NI acts with professionalism and integrity
- 92% of customers agreed they were treated fairly
- 73% of customers agreed that Invest NI exceeded their expectations
