Invest NI's 3rd Quarterly customer survey report

We have received our third quarterly customer survey report


Between October and December Invest NI interviewed over 350 businesses who received advice or guidance from us. In this survey we asked a variety of questions on the service customers had received from us including overall satisfaction.

Our mean customer satisfaction score for the quarter was 89%.

Other highlights included:

  • 82% of customers agreed that Invest NI was helping to develop their business
  • 83% of customers agreed that Invest NI delivered value to their business
  • 93% of customers agreed that Invest NI acts with professionalism and integrity
  • 92% of customers agreed they were treated fairly
  • 73% of customers agreed that Invest NI exceeded their expectations
