Six companies from Northern Ireland took part in our Trade Mission to Hungary and Slovakia where they showcased their products to the markets.
This multi sectoral trade mission was based in Budapest and Bratislava and presented the companies with the opportunity to expand into a new market, grow existing business relationships and support customers.

Fix a Gym is the largest wholesaler and distributor of gym equipment and rubber flooring products in Ireland and one of the largest in the UK. The company has sole distribution rights to 12 of the world’s leading fitness equipment manufacturers in the UK, Ireland, Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic. Fix A Gym Ltd focuses on the mid to higher-end market with added value services, such as longer warranty for their products and own innovation of products.
Péarlaí provide shopping centres with Google analytic style insights but with more detail and more accurately. Péarlaí enables centre management to know who their shoppers are, when they arrive, how long they dwell, where they visit, how often they visit and can reward their loyalty as they shop.
Trading since 2004, Re-Gen Waste Ltd is an integrated recycling and waste management company with one of Europe’s most advanced MRF (materials recovery facility) installations. Currently employing 180+ people with a turnover of £25m (2016), Re-Gen operates their Newry-based factory 24 hours a day to process over 1.5 million tonnes of waste. Company operations include Waste to Energy (WTE), MDR processing, MSW processing and Engineering.
