OBE Waste and Agri Engineering Ltd’s founder company Masterburn was formed in 2002 by its present partners Darryl and Beverley Hylands, to supplement the overall income for their poultry farm. The idea for Masterburn arose from the need to dispose of poultry carcasses on their own farm so they built their first incinerator. What started out as a small idea soon grew into something much bigger as they began to make incinerators for farmers and veterinary practices across the UK and Ireland. Due to Masterburn's fast growth OBE was formed as a parent company and now carries out full engineering contracts as well as specialising in Masterburn incinerators for agricultural, aquacultural and medical use, OBE Agri trailers and Slurry-TEK slurry handling equipment.
