Customer satisfaction survey results

We surveyed over 300 business customers in quarter two of this year, (July to October 2016), who had received support, advice or guidance from us. 

Customer surveying activity is used to continue to improve service across the business and this quarter’s overall satisfaction remained high.

Quarter two satisfaction figures

  • Account Managed Customers - 89%
  • Regional Office Customers - 86%
  • Wider Business Base - 89%
