Northern Ireland’s award-winning food & drink industry boasts high-quality raw ingredients, state of the art processing facilities and a world class food security record. Our farmers and producers are passionate about quality, and we want to share that passion with you.
Our extensive programme will seek to create an awareness and appreciation of the strength and richness of our food culture. Centred on our annual Northern Ireland Food & Drink Showcase event, you will have the opportunity to network with over 90 local suppliers and sample products characterised by a unique blend of tradition and innovation.
Experiences will also include ‘Meet the Maker’ visits to some of our world class food and drink producers and opportunities to sit back and enjoy the best regional gastronomic experiences on offer and that’s before we take into account the warmest of welcomes and the renowned hospitality which uniquely sets us apart.
