Alexander Mann Solutions is a recruitment outsourcing provider. TIt has a global client service centre based in Belfast and currently employs around 250 people. International Clients include Citi, Rolls Royce, Deloitte, Statoil and Baker Hughes.


Capita is a provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions. In Northern Ireland Capita employs approximately c.1,300 people in HR Services, Customer Contact Services, IT Services, Resourcing, Infrastructure Services, Software Services and Payroll Services.


Caterpillar is a global manufacturing company. It operates a shared services centre in Belfast covering finance, order fulfilment and IT support currently employing around 100 people.


Concentrix is a global business services company. It has a site in Belfast employing around 1,200 staff and supporting over 31 languages. Services delivered include: sales, marketing services, print and fulfilment, customer and technical support for customers such as Go Daddy, Cisco, and British Gas.


Firstsource is an Indian based global BPO company with three service sites in Belfast and Derry/Londonderry employing over 1500 staff. It specialises in customer management, data processing and collections services for the telecoms & media, financial services and healthcare sectors.


Intelling is a UK digital marketing company, it has recently opened a new office with 45 employees and plans to growth this to 250. Clients include TalkTalk and O2.


Onesource Virtual is a US company providing cloud based outsourced services including human resources, payroll and accounting. It has its European Service Centre in Derry/Londonderry and has over 60 staff.


Pearson is the largest multinational education and publishing company and provides educational resources and exams across the globe. In May 2017, the company set up a financial services and information management centre in Belfast as part of its plans to unify its global finance function with up to 300 jobs potentially created.


PwC is a global management consultancy with a global centre of excellence for market research based in Belfast. Full time research specialist consultants, with multilingual interviewing capability responsible to deliver cutting edge research to support major investment and policy decisions; financial analysis; augmentation.


Teleperformance is a global outsourcing company with three sites in Bangor, Newry and Enniskillen with nearly 2000 staff in Northern Ireland. Clients include Sainsbury's, IPS (Identity & Passport Service), National Blood Service and Floodline.
