The Newly Self-Employed Support Scheme (NSESS) supports newly self-employed individuals (sole trader) and members of partnerships whose business has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

As part of the application process, you are required to provide independent confirmation from a registered accountant on their official letterhead that you meet the eligibility criteria for NSESS.
