Antrim Company Creates New Jobs on Back of Export Growth

May 05, 2015

With support from Invest Northern Ireland, Antrim technology services company Outsource Solutions (NI) Ltd is creating five new jobs.

The new staff will help the company grow sales and service new customers in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.

Invest NI has offered Outsource Solutions over £90,000 towards its market development activities and to support the new posts.

Commenting on the investment, Outsource Solutions’ Managing Director, Terry Moore, said: “Over the last three years we have increased our turnover by more than 70 per cent and we want to sustain that upward trend. We’re now targeting new customers outside Northern Ireland and need additional staff to support that growth.

“The support from Invest NI is essential to enabling us to recruit staff now so that we can quickly take advantage of market opportunities.”

Outsource Solutions, who is a Microsoft Gold certified partner, was established in 2000 by Terry Moore and his wife June. The company provides IT and Telecoms solutions from its premises at Kilbegs Business Park in Antrim.

The new roles cover Accounts and Administration, Sales, IT Support, Project Management and a Business Development Manager.

George McKinney, Invest NI’s Director of Technology & Services, said: “Outsource Solutions is an excellent example of a small company that has weathered the economic downturn by keeping a sharp focus on customer service and export opportunities.

“The company is now ready to drive new business in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Invest NI has been the company’s business partner over many years, previously helping it to grow to its current staff complement. We’ll continue to work with it as it grows and develops new export opportunities.”

Outsource Solutions (NI) Ltd also has premises at the Enterprise Centre in Cookstown and City North Business Park in Dublin.
