Londonderry company, Censys Ltd, has won a major contract to provide call centre services to the UK’s largest finance broker. The contract is set to double the company’s turnover and will lead to 10 new jobs.
The contract is a substantial boost to Censys, which was set up just two years ago with help from Invest Northern Ireland.
Chief Executive of Invest Northern Ireland, Leslie Morrison, recently visited the company to congratulate it on its success. He says: “Winning this contract is a testament to the company’s growing reputation for quality service provision. In the face of stiff competition from much larger companies Censys has been successful because of its focus on customer care.
“The company’s sustained success in winning contracts in export markets shows that location is not a limiting factor for this type of service, and that companies with excellent customer focus can operate successfully on a global basis.”
Censys Ltd, which operates from the International Business Centre in Londonderry, provides a range of call centre outbound and inbound services such as telemarketing, database management, charity marketing and customer helplines. It has developed particular expertise in the financial services sector.
The company was set up with help from Invest NI’s Growth Start programme and currently employs nine.
