New high-end Guest Inn to boost tourism in Castlewellan

County Down retail company, Fresh Food Centres, is investing over £3million to redevelop a former Castlewellan Guest House into a four-star Licensed Guest Inn. Once built, Hillyard House will include 20 en suite bedrooms, a 90-seater restaurant and a bar.

Buchanans new nut factory generates £1million GB success

WG Buchanan and Son Ltd has made an investment of over £1million to develop a new standalone 12,000 sq. ft. factory for its growing nut business at its Carrickfergus site. Following the development it has secured a new contract worth over £1million with a major UK buying group for the supply of dried fruit and nuts.
