Jun 21, 2013

Invest Northern Ireland 2012/13 performance results for the Fermanagh District Council Area show that the agency secured investment commitments of over £6.6 million in the area.

Mary Gormley, Manager of Invest NI’s western regional office said: “Invest NI has offered over £1.5 million of support to businesses in the Fermanagh DCA which has resulted in over £6.6 million of investment commitments and the promotion of 150 new jobs.

“This is a positive performance by Invest NI which will set strong foundations from which the business base can continue to grow.  Moving forward, I would hope that we could build on this performance and to do so we will continue to work in partnership with all stakeholders.

“Invest NI cannot direct investment to specific council areas but we are fully committed to working with local stakeholders to ensure that every region is positively portrayed and can maximise its success in securing investment projects.”
