Trevor Killen, Invest Northern Ireland's Director in the Republic of Ireland, was recently honoured with a lifetime achievement award for his contribution in attracting inward investment into Northern Ireland in the call and contact centre industry. The development of this industry in Northern Ireland has resulted in major investment over the past ten years and has resulted in the creation of some 8,000 jobs, providing over £100M in wages alone to the local economy.
