Creative Composites Limited, based in Lisburn, has embarked upon a significant expansion programme with the help of Invest Northern Ireland.

Specialising in the design, manufacture and assembly of quality reinforced composite components for a diverse range of industries, the company plans to move to a new purpose built facility in the Knockmore Industrial Estate, Lisburn.

Brian Dolaghan, Director of Engineering and Business Services with Invest NI said:

“This expansion programme represents a significant step in the development of Creative Composites Limited. By continuing to invest in research and development they will be able to offer new solutions for existing clients and secure new market opportunities.”

Commenting on the expansion programme Mr Roy Kelly, Managing Director at Creative Composites Limited said:

By moving to larger premises we can accommodate the introduction of innovative processing methods which will enable us to meet the growing requirements of both our current and future business partners”.

Invest NI has offered Creative Composites Limited selective financial assistance of £750,000, towards total project cost of just over £5 million. It is also anticipated that the move will lead to the creation of 31 extra new jobs, boosting the company’s employee level to 110.
