Economy Minister Nigel Dodds today visited Invest Northern Ireland’s Glenbank Business Park where he welcomed its first tenant, Integrated Services Design.

Integrated Services Design is one of Northern Ireland’s fastest growing Mechanical, Electrical & Environmental Consultants with offices in Belfast, Coleraine and Dublin. The company recently moved its Belfast operations to a unit within the Glenbank Business Park to accommodate potential future growth plans.

Speaking during the visit, the Minister said: “I’m delighted to welcome Integrated Services Design to Glenbank, one of Invest NI’s high-spec business units which offers modern, flexible business accommodation.

“The availability of this kind of high quality business accommodation is fundamental for economic development as it offers both indigenous companies and inward investors cost effective property options to facilitate investment and expansion.

“I’m confident that Integrated Services Design will find that the accommodation at Glenbank will make a tangible contribution to its success.”

Glenbank is one of 43 industrial estates and business parks owned by Invest NI. Companies looking for suitable property in Northern Ireland can get advice and support from Invest NI’s Property Solutions Unit, which holds a comprehensive database of private sector property developments, as well as Invest NI’s portfolio of sites, factories, manufacturing units and offices.
