About DSEI

We are inviting Northern Ireland defence and security companies to exhibit with us at DSEI 2027 — the United Kingdom’s flagship defence and security exhibition.

DSEI brings together government procurement agencies, military delegations, prime contractors, systems integrators and supply chain decisionmakers from across land, sea, air, cyber and space domains.

For Northern Ireland companies, the event offers a focused opportunity to showcase capability, build relationships with international buyers and access future procurement and supply chain opportunities.

Who is eligible to attend DSEI?

Our exhibitions and trade missions are open to eligible Invest Northern Ireland client companies. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to receipt of a completed application form and participation payment.

Please do not book travel or accommodation until we have confirmed your place at the exhibition.

What is the cost to attend DSEI?

The following booth options are available:

  • Small booth: £4,900 + VAT
  • Medium booth: £9,800 + VAT
  • Large booth: £12,250 + VAT

Booth availability will depend on stand layout and final space allocation. We will confirm available options with approved companies before participation is finalised. 

What are the benefits of attending DSEI?

By attending DSEI with us, you will receive:

  • Exhibition presence within the Northern Ireland stand located within the ADS UK Pavilion
  • Two exhibitor passes per participating company
  • Registration as a co-exhibitor in the show catalogue
  • Access to shared meeting, networking and hospitality facilities
  • Opportunity to display products or solutions, subject to space and prior agreement
  • In-market and sector team support  
  • Promotional support before, during and after the exhibition
  • Travel and accommodation grant for up to two employees, capped at £500 in total*

*Subject to successful completion of the event and submission of an event evaluation.
