Rademon Estate Distillery Limited is the first operational craft distillery in Northern Ireland. Formed in 2012 the company launched the award winning Shortcross Gin in April 2014 and began production of their Shortcross Irish Whiskey in 2015. The company exports its gin and whiskey globally.

Titanic Distillers is Belfast’s first working whiskey distillery since prohibition, located in the historic Thompson Graving Dock and Pumphouse - where the RMS Titanic was assembled. Opened in April 2023, the distillery revives Belfast’s rich distilling heritage, which had been dormant for nearly 90 years.
