About ReBuild Ukraine

We are inviting applications to participate in ReBuild Ukraine, taking place in Warsaw in November 2026. 

ReBuild Ukraine is a leading European platform supporting Ukraine's recovery and reconstruction. The 2025 event attracted more than 6,000 participants, 762 companies from 33 countries and 160 Ukrainian municipalities. 

The event focuses on recovery and reconstruction projects across infrastructure, industry, energy and housing. It brings together buyers, contractors, investors and public sector stakeholders, providing Northern Ireland companies with opportunities to showcase their expertise, build new connections and identify potential business opportunities.

The event is suitable for:

  • Experienced exporters in the materials handling, construction, energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Businesses operating in supply chains that support Ukraine's reconstruction and recovery
  • Companies with products, services or expertise relevant to recovery and reconstruction projects 

Who is eligible to attend ReBuild Ukraine?

Our International Trade Calendar exhibitions and trade missions are open to all Invest Northern Ireland client companies that meet the eligibility criteria.

Please note that spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to successful completion of an application form and participation payment.

  • Travel and accommodation grant assistance of £500 for up to two company representatives*
  • Business development support from a Trade Advisory Service consultant

*Travel and accommodation grant assistance is subject to the completion of a short evaluation questionnaire.
