The Tenders Alert Service is an annual subscription service that sends daily email alerts about relevant public sector contract opportunities in the UK and Europe.
Businesses receive tailored tender opportunities based on an agreed search profile that matches their products, services and areas of expertise.
How does the service work?
The service searches a range of UK and European public sector procurement websites every day.
Subscribers receive tailored email alerts highlighting relevant contract opportunities. Search profiles are flexible and can be reviewed and amended at any stage by contacting the tendering team.

- eTendersNI
- Find a Tender
- Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)
- Public Tenders Ireland
- Public Contracts Scotland
- Sell2Wales
You can also access procurement advice and guidance through the Department of Finance procurement website.
Who can apply?
The service is available to Northern Ireland businesses that:
- Are actively seeking opportunities outside Northern Ireland
- Have two years' audited accounts
- Have experience of the tendering process, including submitting tenders
- Have attended, or are willing to attend, InterTradeIreland's Tender Successfully programme or a similar tendering course
How much does it cost?
The Tenders Alert Service includes a three-month free trial period.
After the trial, the subscription fee is £100 + VAT per year.
