Twelve companies from Northern Ireland took part in Anuga 2015, the world’s leading food fair for the retail trade and the food service and catering market.

Northern Ireland exports food and drink products to over 70 countries worldwide, selling into leading international retail and food service organisations.

The companies showcased the quality and innovation underpinning our food and drink, especially beef, sheep meat and pork, as well as products from award-winning artisan food enterprises.

BFree was developed to bring tasty, 'good for you' breads to the market. All of the company’s products are allergen free. That means there is no gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, nuts or soy. BFree has developed a recipe and composition that replaces the gluten and wheat with natural ingredients that also taste great.

CocoMojo has developed a range of refreshing healthy drinks made from coconut water, coconut milk, tropical fruits, aromatic spices and botanical herbs.

Crust and Crumb is a manufacturer of fresh pizza and pizza bases for the retail and food service sectors. The company offers a full range of stone baked and deep pan bases in sizes from 7” to 18” both sauced and un-sauced. It also has its own NPD team for development of fresh pizza and stuffing products in private label.

Free’ist was introduced into the marketplace after a growing demand for tasty treats within the Free From range. Free’ist offers a range of Sugar Free and No Added Sugar foods – some of which are also gluten free.

Graham’s holds a wide product portfolio, all of which are carefully hand-crafted by a team of dedicated bakers. The heritage and expertise associated with Graham’s guarantees quality produce every time. Products are free from artificial flavours, colours and hydrogenated fats. Graham’s Bakery specialise in cup cakes, traditional buns, indulgent cakes and family treats. The company is also able to cater for festive Seasons, including Easter, Halloween and Christmas.

Mash Direct is a unique award-winning and family-owned Farming Enterprise, which is now the leading UK brand of convenience potato and other quality vegetable products with the taste and texture of good homemade food.

Rule of Crumb specialises in the manufacture of a range of gluten free products for coeliacs including: gluten free chicken goujons, gluten free breaded fish, gluten free cereals (cornflakes, muesli, coco bites), muffins and part baked bread rolls.
