Reward expands with 61 new jobs in Belfast

The UK’s leading customer engagement and commerce media platform, Reward, is creating 61 new jobs in Belfast as the company continues its international expansion.

Reward’s platform combines technology, data insights and digital marketing services to many of the UK's leading banks and retailers and has a growing presence across Europe and the Middle East. Its Belfast operation plays a key role in supporting product development, engineering and business operations across the company's international markets.

Welcoming the announcement during a visit to Reward’s office in Belfast, Anne Beggs, Chief Commercial Officer at Invest Northern Ireland said: “Reward’s latest expansion builds on the strong relationship we have developed with the company, since establishing its Belfast operation in 2016. The company’s choice to reinvest here highlights how the region is a prime location for building and scaling advanced technology and data services.  

“By creating these 61 high-value roles the company can tap into the depth of skills available locally, utilising Northern Ireland’s pipeline of talent to support its innovation as it grows. We are pleased to continue supporting Reward as it develops its Belfast base and serves global customers from Northern Ireland.”

The new roles on offer include software engineers, data engineers, DevOps specialists and business operations professionals. Five graduate positions will also be created.

Once in place, the positions are expected to generate more than £3.3 million in annual salaries.
