Who is eligible to attend Aeromart Toulouse?

Our exhibitions and trade missions are open to all Invest Northern Ireland client companies that meet the eligibility criteria.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis, subject to receipt of a completed application form and payment to the show organiser. Please do not book travel or accommodation until we have confirmed your place at the exhibition. 

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 14 October 2026.

What is the cost to attend Aeromart Toulouse?

The organiser fee is €5,100. This covers your exhibition space and access to the meeting programme.

Invest Northern Ireland will manage applications to the organiser and the wider exhibition arrangements. Once we confirm your participation, you will pay the show organiser directly to secure your exhibition space.

Participating companies can claim financial support towards eligible costs: £3,500 for two attendees or £3,000 for one attendee. This support is subject to completion of the event and submission of an event evaluation.
