Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998
Invest NI complies with Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
This requires us to work in accordance with the principles of equality of opportunity between:
- Men and women generally
- Persons with a disability and persons without
- Persons with dependants and persons without
- Persons of different religious belief, political opinion, racial group, age, marital status or sexual orientation
The Invest Northern Ireland equality scheme is available in alternative formats including:
- Braille, disk and audio cassette.
- Minority languages.

Invest NI has now completed its Disability Action Plan for the period 2020-2024 and has carried out a public consultation to help inform and improve it. The Plan will shape the direction of our work and the services we provide to people with disabilities. You can view the plan here.
