Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998
Invest NI complies with Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.
This requires us to work in accordance with the principles of equality of opportunity between:

- Persons with a disability and persons without
- Persons with dependants and persons without
- Persons of different religious belief, political opinion, racial group, age, marital status or sexual orientation
The Invest Northern Ireland equality scheme is available in alternative formats including:
- Braille, disk and audio cassette.
- Minority languages.
